This is the poster that cancer research UK has sent me. The phrase on the poster was ‘united we are stronger than cancer’ I like how the poster is very simple but effective. When I was first reading this poster I felt like there were two sided, the persuasive and then the information. The persuasive part of the poster is ‘united we are’ these word are very strong as it immediately explains that we could beat cancer together. Those words are written in pink, thats the colour that stands out in the cancer research UK logo.
The reason I cut out the letters was because I was trying see if I could improve the poster. I was trying to exaggerate cancer particles and show how unstable they are. I also wanted to see if the phrase is still legible, which it was. I was trying to make the poster interactive because I believe the audience should have this connection with people who have cancer. cutting out the letters draws the audience in as they will try to make out what the poster is trying to explain.
